We offer a design service for your marketing material, and we will work with you until you are happy with the design. Once you have approved the final design, we will send your marketing material to our printing team. At this point, we cannot offer a refund for the design service.
We use high-quality materials and printing equipment to produce your marketing material. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the print, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and if we find that the issue was caused by our equipment or materials, we will offer a reprint or a refund. However, we cannot offer a refund for issues related to the design or content of the marketing material.
We take care to ensure that your marketing material is distributed to the correct addresses. If there is an error in the distribution, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and if we find that the issue was caused by our error, we will offer a redistribution or a refund. However, we cannot offer a refund for issues related to the design or content of the marketing material.
Cancellation of Services
If you need to cancel your order before the design has been approved and printing has started, we will issue a full refund. If the design has been approved but printing has not yet started, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the design service. If printing has already started, we cannot offer a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the services.
