Refund Policy

Overview

At Copland Post, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our printing and distribution services.

Eligibility for Refund

Printing Services: Refunds for printing services are eligible in the following instances:
The final product is significantly different from the approved proof or sample.
There is a noticeable deficiency in print quality that is attributable to our processing errors.

Distribution Services: Refunds for distribution services are eligible if:
We failed to commence the distribution services on the agreed-upon dates and this delay is not due to client-side changes or delays.
The services are significantly incomplete or not rendered as per the agreed specifications, not due to external factors beyond our control.

Conditions for Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion or product receipt.
Clients must provide sufficient evidence (e.g., photographs, and detailed descriptions) to support the claim for a refund.

All materials in question must be returned to Copland Post, if applicable, before a refund can be processed.
Refunds are not eligible in cases where the client has approved the work, where errors are due to client-supplied information, or for minor discrepancies that do not significantly impact the overall effectiveness of the product or service.

Processing of Refunds

Upon receipt of a refund request, Copland Post will conduct an investigation into the claim. The outcome of this investigation will determine eligibility for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

Copland Post reserves the right to offer a partial refund or credit towards future services as an alternative resolution.

Limitation of Liability

The amount of any refund is limited to the cost of the service or product purchased. Copland Post is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Policy Modifications

Copland Post reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
