What delivery method should I choose?
Before you create your first area, first consider what your business goals are. It's important to know what you want to achieve in order to choose the right delivery method. Your delivery method is how your material is delivered. For example, if you deliver to people who live within a certain range of your shop, you might choose 'radius'. Below are the three main delivery methods that we offer.
Postcode sector: A delivery that targets the whole of the postcode sector (i.e. CM1 1 or WR2 4). You could choose this method with a broad audience reach, helping to increase brand awareness and tell people what makes your business valuable. For example, Jasper's Fish Produce is going to launch a small regional chain of supermarkets. Using the postcode sector delivery method, they can create a campaign that highlights their fresh, organic produce to people who live in a wide-reaching area.
Radius: A delivery method that targets people within a certain radius of the business premises. For example, Jasper's Fish Produce has a stall in their community market every weekend to sell some of his unique produce. Using a radius delivery method, he can create a campaign that encourages people to visit their shop and online take deliveries. The radius method Jasper has set ensures that that customers outside his delivery zone won't be targeted.
Vehicle drop: A delivery that places business material on car windscreens. For example, Jasper's Fish Produce is hosting an outdoors event and customers will be parked in one area for most of the day. His delivery method is a vehicle drop which will place informative business material for his customers to read on their return.
As your business grows, your campaign goals will change. First, your campaigns may focus on building awareness and acquiring new customers within a radius of your own store. Later, you may encourage people to make a purchase or sign up for an event within postcode sectors that are targeted to certain audiences.
