If you wish to contact your driver about a delivery location or talk about other details of the distribution campaign you requested, you can do that through the app.
To contact your Mail Carrier:
Visit your campaign
Scroll down to Deliveries
You'll be shown your deliverer contact details
Note that Mail Carriers may not answer their phones or reply to a text message while travelling or delivering. Sending a message to your Account Manager is a faster way to make a change to your delivery or request help with your account.
